  • Bookings are non transferable and non refundable.
  • ALL GlowZone parties are self catered. We DO NOT offer ANY FOOD PACKAGES.
  • Unfortunately, Children Under 5 years of age are NOT permitted to participate in any party activity.
  • If you are expecting 16 OR MORE guests for a Standard Party Booking as there is an additional charge of $80 for extra staff.
  • For ANY parties where there are 30 OR MORE guests, there is an additional charge of $80 for extra staff ($160 for standard parties).
  • GlowZone is a NO Pinata or Confetti venue. An extra cleaning cost will be charged for any party that ignores this.
