GLOWZONE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Online Bookings: Online bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance. For late bookings, please contact us via phone at 1300 456 996.
2. Party Bookings: We recommend booking parties well in advance to secure your desired date and time, as bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
3. Deposit: To confirm all bookings, a deposit is required. The deposit amount is based on the per-head price for the selected package and is non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the party.
4. Confirmation and Alterations: We will contact you before your party to confirm the number of attending children. Any changes or alterations to the booking can only be made up to 24 hours prior to the party.
5. Catering: All GlowZone parties are self-catered, and we do not offer any food packages.
6. Additional Staff Charges: For Standard Party Bookings with 16 or more guests, an additional charge of $80 for extra staff will apply. For parties with 30 or more guests, the same additional charge of $80 for extra staff will apply.
7. Liquor License: If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, it is the responsibility of the hirer to obtain a liquor license. Our staff members are not permitted to handle alcohol.
8. Currency: All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
9. Minimum Guest Requirements: Our 90-minute parties (Standard Sport/Disco & Mega Combo) require a minimum of 12 guests. The 120-minute Deluxe packages require a minimum of 16 guests.
10. Age Restrictions: Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to participate in any party activities. However, younger siblings are welcome to attend parties under the full supervision of a parent or guardian. They cannot join in supervised activities and remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
11. Venue Entry and Deliveries: Your allocated time for venue entry is 15 minutes prior to the party start time. We cannot accept any deliveries before this allocated arrival time.
12. Cleaning and Pack Up: Cleaning and pack up of the party room will begin at the scheduled finish time of the party.
13. Prohibited Items: GlowZone is a NO Pinata or Confetti venue. Parties disregarding this policy will be subject to an additional cleaning cost.
